The Norwegian Cyber Security company Kommando, a leading provider of Privileged Access Management solutions in the Nordics acquires the Swedish IDNode, a highly skilled company with a complementing technical environment that specializes in Cyber Security and Access Management. This acquisition is a response to the increased demand for cyber security solutions, and the desire to establish a strong Nordic professional tech environment with local resources.
Kommando has taken a leading position within the cyber security sphere, and delivers solutions to large organizations with the most demanding cyber security challenges in Norway to date. The growing number of security breaches among domestic and international organizations have created a need for technically skilled environments that takes a holistic approach to solving IT security challenges, with local knowledge.
IDNode was built upon the same values and focus as Kommando, with a clear goal of creating a leading professional environment within cyber security and access management. The company has obtained a strong position among their clients, Sweden’s largest organizations, and consists of highly experienced and professionally skilled advisors and solution architects with long and strong track records.
Managing Director, Marius Brekke, sheds light on the position Kommando has attained in the Nordics as the leading company within Privileged Access Management (PAM), with clients primarily in Norway and Denmark. Once the transaction is complete, IDNode will be renamed to Kommando, Head Quartered in Oslo, with offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
