As a company processing personal data about European citizens, Kommando complies to the provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) ("GDPR").
In this Privacy Policy you will find information about how Kommando collect, process, store or share personal data about you. Personal data in this context means data that relates to an individual and that identifies that individual, either directly or indirectly, such as your name or your contact information.
Kommando protect your personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. To protect your personal data, Kommando has applied appropirate protective measures and follows GDPR.
Kommando process personal data
Kommando consists of Kommando AS and Kommando AB (together named "Kommando") and will process your personal data if you have been in contact with any of these two companies.
- Kommando AS is the parent company and is located in Norway
- Kommando AB is the subsidiary company and is located in Sweden
Where do Kommando process personal data
If your personal data is transferred or accessed outside the EU or EEA, for example by service providers Kommando collaborates with, Kommando ensure that protective measures are in place, for example with data transfer agreements, to ensure that the recipient have protective measures in place to meet the requirements in GDPR.
Exercising your Privacy Rights
According to GDPR, you have the right to exercise your rights:
Right of access to personal data
You have the right to access your personal data (the right to request for a register extract) that we have registered about you.
Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
You have the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you or add personal data that is missing.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
In certain cases you have the right to have your personal data erased, for example if:
- If the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected
- If the processing is based on your consent and you withdraws it
- If the personal data has been processed unlawfully is based on the individual's consent and he or she withdraws it
Right to restrict processing of personal data
In certain cases you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data to be restricted
Right to data portability
In certain cases you have the right to transfer your personal data you have given Kommando, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on a legitimate interest
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
